Conflict is inevitable, but it doesn’t have to be harmful. The origins of Restorative Justice are indigenous practices rooted in shared humanity. Mediation supports healthy interpersonal conflict navigation and repair. Guided by the Restorative Circles model, facilitating dialogue and action in organizations and communities, creating greater potential for transformation. Rachael’s approach to mediation and facilitation is situated within an intersectional anti-oppression framework.
