Social justice, healing, and transformation informs her approach, whether providing technical assistance for a team working through organizational change, or coaching individuals in their equity and belonging journey.

Education and professional development with a creative twist! Rachael’s workshop and training offerings are interactive, range from introductory to leadership opportunities, and often include co-facilitation.

applied theatre

Applied Theatre is an open field engaging an array of modalities from games and improvisation to creative writing and music. It is play with a purpose! Rachael can bring performances to you, or create them with you. She introduces creative approaches to cultivate relationships and trust, build brave spaces, facilitate authentic dialogue, navigate conflict constructively, and imagine new possibilities for your community or organization.

facilitation + conflict mediation

Conflict is inevitable, but it doesn’t have to be harmful. The roots of the broad field of Restorative Justice are indigenous practices rooted in shared humanity. Mediation supports healthy interpersonal conflict and repair. Incorporating intentional circle processes, guided by the Restorative Circles model, supports dialogue and action in organizations and communities, creating greater potential for transformation. Rachael’s approach to mediation and facilitation is situated within an intersectional anti-oppression framework.
