We all need support sometimes. With extensive experience in education and nonprofit, racial and restorative justice, and 15 years consulting across sectors, Rachael has your back. Social justice, healing, and transformation informs her approach, whether providing technical assistance for a team working through organizational change, or coaching individuals in their equity and belonging journey.

workshops + training

Education and professional development with a creative twist! Explore key social justice concepts and tools, nurture relationships and trust, construct a restorative system for your community, or establish organizational equity practices. Rachael’s workshop and training offerings are interactive, range from introductory to leadership opportunities, and often include co-facilitation.

applied theatre

Applied Theatre is an open field engaging an array of modalities from games and improvisation to creative writing and music. It is play with a purpose! Rachael can bring performances to you, or create them with you. She introduces creative approaches to cultivate relationships and trust, build brave spaces, facilitate authentic dialogue, navigate conflict constructively, and imagine new possibilities for your community or organization.

facilitation + conflict mediation

Conflict is inevitable, but it doesn’t have to be harmful. The roots of the broad field of Restorative Justice are indigenous practices rooted in shared humanity. Mediation supports healthy interpersonal conflict and repair. Incorporating intentional circle processes, guided by the Restorative Circles model, supports dialogue and action in organizations and communities, creating greater potential for transformation. Rachael’s approach to mediation and facilitation is situated within an intersectional anti-oppression framework.

Arts Everywhere – Explore the innovative power of the arts for cultivating an inclusive and welcoming organizational culture that honors the individual while building unity around shared values and purpose.
You Can’t Fake It – Many of the challenges we face today are fueled by lack of understanding across differences. As helpful as a road map would be, it all comes back to our relationships and how we communicate with one another. Relationships can’t be faked, and while some interactions may be transactional, they will inherently be more equitable if we consider them relational. This interactive session shares stories of success and failure and strategies for navigating the waters.
